Student/Pupils Admission procedure

  • SALES OF ADMISSION FORMS

  • SUBMISSION OF BOUGHT FORMS WITH ALL REQUIREMENTS (Birth Certificate, 2 Passport Photographs, Medical Record, Past Result Sheets, Transfer Certificates, Testimonial from former School)

  • WRITTEN EXAMS (Both successful and non successful candidates will be notified)

  • PROVISIONAL ADMISSION LETTERS WILL BE ISSUED TO SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATES

  • LIST OF PROSPECTIVE STUDENT THAT HAVE BEEN ISSUED PROVISIONAL LETTERS SHOULD BE GIVEN TO THE ACCOUNT DEPT, VP ADMIN & HEAD OF SCHOOLS

  • PAYMENT OF FEES TO THE ACCOUNT DEPATRMENT & ISSUANCE OF RECIEPT

  • ACCOUNT TO SEND LIST OF PAID STUDENTS TO THE VP ADMIN & TUC SHOP

  • ACCEPTANCE LETTERS TO BE ISSUED TO PROSPECTIVE STUDENTS THAT HAVE MET ALL CONDITIONS (THE VP ADMIN SHOULD BE IN CHARGE OF THIS)

  • A FEEDBACK FORM SHOULD BE ATTACHED TO THE ACCEPTANCE LETTER FOR PARENTS TO FILL BASED ON ALL ITEMS DUE TO THE STUDENTS

  • CLASSES ARE ASSIGNED TO STUDENTS BY THE VP ADMIN

  • STUDENT UNDERGO CLEARANCE WITH THE STORE, BOARDING HOUSE, IT DEPT, BOOKS DEPT, CLINIC ( Medical History to be gotten from here)

  • ORIENTATION DAY: PARENTS/STUDENTS ARE NOTIFIED OF THE FIXED DATE OF THEIR ORIENTATION DAY

  • FEEDBACK FORM TO BE COLLECTED BY THE SECRETARY FROM PARENTS/STUDENTS TO ENSURE ALL ITEMS HAVE BEEN RECEIVED

  • RESUMPTION DAY

  • IN THE EVENT A STUDENT LEAVES THE SCHOOL, ALL DATA SHOULD BE MADE INACTIVE
