PRESS RELEASE FROM GLISTEN INTERNATIONAL ACADEMY ABUJA NIGERIA.
Dear Esteemed Parents and the general public,
We are highly appreciative of your immense support at these very trying times.
The Federal Capital Territory Administration (FCTA) has issued a directive that schools should remain shut so as to contain the spread of the COVID-19 virus.
As a school, we wish to state and reiterate the following:
1. The Learning Management System(LMS) that we are leveraging on to engage the students intellectually while at home does not in any way imply that our school has resumed for 3rd term 2019/2020 Academic session. The virtual teaching is only meant to keep the minds and brains of our students busy.
2. The school will remain shut in full compliance and will only resume when we get a new directive from the FCTA.
3. As a law-abiding institution, we are strictly complying with the safety directives and regulations of the NCDC, FCTA, and other constituted authorities.
We urge you to remain safe and please stay at home
SAMIRA JIBIR(CHIEF EXECUTIVE)
